Room was not very clean, the toilet full of insects. The breakfast was so so, but it does the job. Dust is every where seems like no one ever touch and clean this room, in the bathroom we found spiderwebs, and the bathroom floor is very slippery, if we not close the door ada bau Septic tank yang keluar dari kamar mandi. 2. Breakfast is very poor, we come about and the breakfast were empty and no one refill it. they only served 1 lauk, 1 sayur, dan nasi masih bagus pilihan menu di Warteg plus bubur ayam dan roti. 3. Water Park dari luar tampak bagus dan banyak pilihan wahananya... tapiiii.. airnya super dirty, di kolam ombaknya persis di pantai banyak lumut dan plastik arusnya airnya kotor dan tidak jernih seems like no maintenance at all. no need to mention pool kidsnya.. so eeeeyyyuuu. 4. There's no other facility in this hotel, no menu for IRD, no free pool, you only get 2 voucher for waterpark and need additional ticket for your kids without any discount. 5. and if you ask for additional towel for your kids you need to pay another Rp. 5. My parents in another cottage had faeces left in their toilet. Not a nice surprise when arriving late in the evening. A long walk to breakfast which was held in the function area above the water park. Wifi was apparently available but low signal strength rendered it impossible.
